Getting started

How do I track a product?

Sign in, click “Track a product”, paste the product’s URL, choose an alert rule, and save. We start watching the price right away.

Which stores are supported?

Almost any online store with a public product page — not just Amazon. If a page shows a price, OwlPrice can usually track it.

Do I need a browser extension?

No. OwlPrice works entirely from the website — just paste a link. There’s nothing to install.

Alerts & notifications

What are the alert rules?

“Price below target” fires when the price hits the amount you set. “Any price drop” fires on any decrease. “Back in stock” fires when a sold-out item returns.

How often do you check prices?

We re-check on a regular schedule around the clock. The exact timing varies by product, but you’ll be alerted as soon as a check sees your rule met.

Where do alerts show up?

You get an email, and the alert also appears in your in-app notifications (the bell) and on the Alerts page.

How do I stop the emails?

Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can turn alerts off from your settings at any time. We only ever send alerts you asked for.

Account & privacy

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and follow the email link to set a new one. You can also sign in with Google or Apple.

What data do you store?

Your email, the products and rules you set up, and the prices we observe over time. We don’t sell your data or run ad trackers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes — you can delete your account from settings, which removes your profile and tracked items.

Troubleshooting

A product shows no price or “couldn’t check”.

Some stores occasionally block automated checks. We retry automatically — if it keeps failing, double-check the URL points directly at the product page.

I’m not getting alert emails.

Check your spam folder and that alerts aren’t turned off in settings. Make sure your account email is correct.
